Aurinko Asot, officially named the Central Finland Housing Right Association (Kanta-Suomen asumisoikeusyhdistys), was established in 1996. The association uses its auxiliary business name Aurinko Asot and owns housing right apartments in Kirkkonummi, Kerava, and Tuusula. The first houses built by the association were completed in 1998. The association operates non-profitably and strives to keep the usage fees as low as possible. The board of the association mainly consists of housing right holders.
